At the end of year 11, FNS pupils move on to the next steps in their education and their journey into adult life.
Research has shown that this transition is most successful when it has been started early, is well planned and young people are supported to be involved in making the best choices for them as individuals.
Throughout a learners time at Fred Nicholson School they will have been working towards meeting their EHCP targets and gaining skills to build independence and prepare them for their Post 16 education and adult life.
